Who you're actually hiring
Roofing has a reputation problem in resort towns, and it's earned. Crews follow the storms in, quote low, work fast, and are three states away by the time the first leak shows up.
We live here. Our office is on Central Ave. When something needs a second look in February, we're the ones who come back.
Family-owned, and that's not a slogan
Every quote comes from someone whose name is on the business. There's no call centre, no commissioned sales rep who disappears after the contract is signed, and nobody with an incentive to sell you a bigger roof than you need.
Certified with both, loyal to neither
We're a Malarkey Certified Pro and an Owens Corning Preferred contractor. Manufacturer certification means the manufacturer has vetted how we install their product, and it means we can offer coverage that an uncertified installer can't.
Carrying both matters more than carrying either. A contractor certified with one brand has a reason to recommend that brand whatever your roof needs. We don't. We'll tell you which we'd put on our own house and why, and you can disagree.

You see what we see
Every inspection comes back with photographs, and where the pitch or height makes it the better option, a drone survey of the whole roof.
That's partly for safety and partly so you're not taking our word for it. If we say there's a cracked pipe boot on the north slope, you get a picture of the cracked pipe boot. It also means you can hand the same evidence to another contractor for a second opinion, which is exactly what you should do on a job this size.

Why local matters on a roof
A workmanship warranty is only worth as much as the odds of the company still being reachable when you need it. Storm-chasing crews rely on you not testing that.
Ours is written, and we're eight minutes from most of Whitefish.
